Personalized puppet makers
Turn a person, pet or imagined monster into a custom puppet
Elmwood Productions / Jon’s Java
Jon Bristol’s linked Jon’s Java shop expressly offers puppet portraits, pets and original creatures based on a customer’s photos or designs. Elmwood’s own site welcomes puppet commissions for private collections as well as productions.
Current location note / listed area: Central Connecticut workshop; physical commissions by inquiry
The provider-authored Etsy listing says to discuss the project first rather than purchase the sample listing. Confirm present acceptance, design, materials, intended use, completion date and delivery; cached arrival estimates and displayed quantities are not a commission-slot guarantee. Copyrighted characters require the maker’s stated permission process. This is a physical maker listing, not live entertainment, a wedding package or a toy-safety assurance; related Elmwood and Jon’s Java brands are consolidated.

Elmwood’s owned About page explicitly identifies a Central Connecticut puppet-making workshop and invites private-collection commissions. Its October 2026 operator blog links the same Jon’s Java shop, whose authored custom listing identifies Jon Bristol/Elmwood Productions. No shipping-origin-only geography is used.
