Live cardboard-puppet construction and improvised storytelling
Watch plain cardboard become the characters in a story your guests help invent.
Paper Heart Puppets / Brad Shur
Brad Shur’s Cardboard Explosion turns simple cardboard shapes into elaborate puppet characters in front of the audience, then brings them into participatory stories. A separate Cardboard Kingdom format combines making puppets with an improvised performance using the group’s creations. His provider-authored party offer connects these specific programs with private events rather than only public theatre appearances.
Current location note / listed area: Poughkeepsie, New York; touring shows by inquiry
Programming is primarily family-oriented; confirm suitability for the intended guests and any wedding adaptation. Choose between the demonstration show and participatory workshop rather than assuming both are included. Ask about materials, setup, sightlines and travel. The private-party offer is attributed to the provider-authored The Bash profile and supported by current owned booking pages.
