Wearable balloon costumes and giant puppets
Walkaround creatures woven entirely from balloons
No Ordinary Balloon Man / Bruce Carr
Bruce Carr builds elaborate balloon costumes, oversized interactive puppets and custom sculptures, with live building demonstrations and singing entertainment available. His service page distinguishes large commissioned pieces from small-group party sessions that can produce partial costumes and props.

Confirm the exact build, performer, setup time, venue clearance and transport; giant pieces are not the standard quick-twist party package. Discuss latex sensitivities and cleanup. Character-inspired examples imply no official licensing or endorsement; no balloon-release service is described.
