Green & Bisque offers a private raku firing with two guides and studio setup. Its firing repertoire includes crackle glazes, naked raku slip, horsehair and sugar surface experiments. Participants bring prepared ceramic work and arrange glazing before the firing, creating decorative pieces through a visibly changing heat-and-smoke process. Former Xiem Clay Center branding is consolidated.

Current location note / listed area: Pasadena, California; arranged studio firing for an individual or group

A prepared-work firing experience, not a guaranteed same-day beginner pottery party or wedding package. Confirm suitable clay and bisque preparation, size and group limits, glazing schedule, chosen surface technique, weather and instructor versus guest roles. Finished raku pieces are decorative, not food-safe; firing outcomes are variable. No fire-safety certification or unsupervised hot-kiln access is asserted.
