Stretch mozzarella together, or make your own butter.
Murray’s Cheese
Murray’s offers private hands-on mozzarella and flavored-butter classes in its West Village store. Its former underground cheese caves also form an unusual event room; wedding cheese towers are a separate offering.
Current location note / listed area: Manhattan, NY
Class and event-room capacities differ. Ask about accessibility: classroom spaces involve stairs. Confirm whether the desired hands-on activity is available for the chosen event format.
