Staffed aerial balloon-chain installations
A hand-held ribbon of balloons and LEDs moves across the sky
Balloon Chain / Robert Bose
Balloon Chain creates expansive strands of helium balloons with custom LED lighting, maintained as a hand-held kinetic artwork. Its owned site describes private-event commissions, and the linked current inquiry form asks about the event site, obstacles, colors, display hours and staffing. This is an arranged installation operated with continuous supervision, not a balloon release or an unattended decoration.
Current location note / listed area: New Jersey; event installation travel and site feasibility by inquiry
Confirm current operating location, date, scale, weather limits, venue permission, staffing, access and any applicable authority coordination directly. The form requires every chain to remain manned; no unsupervised guest handling or intentional release is offered here. No environmental, aviation-clearance or safety assurance is independently established. The website’s embedded social feed includes older material; the separate current request form is an inquiry, not proof of an available date. No specific wedding package is verified.
