After-hours planetarium and science-museum event rentals
Move the celebration beneath a digital cosmos.
Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences
The Clay Center explicitly lists weddings and private events, with its Caperton Planetarium and Theater among rentable spaces. The dome provides immersive astronomical imagery and films, offering a materially different setting from the center’s conventional reception rooms.
Current location note / listed area: Charleston, West Virginia
Planetarium rental is outside normal operating hours under the published space restrictions. Confirm whether the desired ceremony, screening or gathering format is permitted, plus projection programming, food rules, staffing and capacity. The availability of a public show does not promise a custom wedding show.
