Current location note / listed area: United States touring operator; route and event feasibility by inquiry
Current private-celebration inquiry offer, not a wedding package or guaranteed local availability. Confirm routing, event date, work area, noise, dust/debris barriers, power needs, spectator separation and whether a finished piece is included. No safety or licensing certification is asserted. Parent-approved country-only US touring context; no state is inferred from past sales or travels. Fresh owned pages supersede older cached placeholders, but an unfinished newsletter-storage block remains; use the published business contact channel and reconfirm scope.
