Costumed multi-instrument pirate comedy
Book a theatrical sea voyage played on wonderfully uncommon folk instruments
Red Rum Pirate Folk Band
This three-person troupe combines a comic sea-voyage narrative with pirate songs and unusual acoustic instrumentation. Its named players use instruments including bowed psaltery, hurdy-gurdy and historical scheitholt. The band expressly offers weddings and private parties, with costumes adaptable by advance arrangement to themes such as space pirates or a steampunk airship crew.
